After the opening chapter whetted my appetite last week, I’m insanely jealous that Warren Ellis’ novel is available in the US today but I have to wait until August 30th for Amazon to bring me the UK release. Even my Harper Collins contacts in the UK couldn’t get it. I demand global releases! Please. Even if its just the pdf.

All is forgiven. Forbidden Planet are selling it down Shaftesbury Ave. Amazon must be being rubbish.
